Brunel University London’s management has invited bids from cleaning and general services suppliers for a contract worth £13.5 million at its campus.
The deadline for bids was today (10 February) and the deal has a projected start date of 7 September until 6 September 2027.
The university is looking for a single provider to coordinate the delivery of cleaning and other FM services – the contract is not divided into lots. It will run for an initial period of five years with options to extend for two further periods of one year each.
The main scope of the contract is to provide an internal cleaning service to both administrative and academic buildings.
Brunel University London is a public research university in Uxbridge. It was founded in 1966 and is named after the Victorian engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel. In June 1966, Brunel College of Advanced Technology was awarded a royal charter and became Brunel University.
